• The survey contains analysis of compensation philosophies, benefits, perquisites and severance, including:
  • Data on compensation philosophy, from pay positioning to peer groups
  • Prevalence data for dozens of perquisites
  • Data on prevalence and length of severance agreements

Non-participants may purchase the surveys individually at $795 each. However, by agreeing to participate in the 2008 survey, non-participants receive the survey at a participant rate, a $400 to $500 savings (depending on survey).
