ONBOARDING
Our new associate on boarding process is designed to organize and guide the orientation process and learning activities. The process includes specialized curricula that will provide associates an understanding of the firm's organization, strategy and mission, the core products and services we offer to support our clients, as well as the complex healthcare industry that we serve.

INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE STRATEGIES INSTITUTE
The Integrated Healthcare Strategies Institute is designed to promote business acumen, knowledge and awareness of the issues and challenges facing Integrated Healthcare Strategies and our clients. The Institute offers courses of interest to the whole firm, ranging from presentations delivered to national associations and clients, to topics on the changing business, regulatory and governance landscape.

PROFESSIONAL COURSES
Integrated Healthcare Strategies offers a variety of programs each year that align with overall strategic goals. Training opportunities are organized to align with various roles, including consulting, presentation, technical, and leadership skills. Some courses are internally developed and delivered, other times we bring in vendors to deliver desired training as appropriate.

CERTIFICATIONS
Integrated Healthcare Strategies values the pursuit of certifications for key positions when the certification aligns with development goals, improves the quality of client deliverables, and supports business needs.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Integrated Healthcare Strategies encourages its associates to broaden their knowledge, increase their capabilities, and enhance their qualifications for professional growth in fields related to our business operations and organizational interests. If pre-approved, the company will reimburse some or all of an associates educational expenses.
