Committee Meeting Minutes
Governance of executive compensation in not-for-profit health care is an increasingly daunting task. One important part of this task is to take detailed minutes of committee meetings. Detailed minutes are necessary, in fact, in order for an organization to establish a rebuttable presumption of reasonableness for compensation paid to executives and other highly-paid employees.
