The high demand for executive talent in health care makes it necessary for organizations to monitor salary increase trends in the market every year in order to ensure they’re continuing to pay their executives competitively and reasonably. 

IHStrategies assists organizations with these needs by providing real-time data on executive salary increases from our annual survey of executive compensation in healthcare.
