Leadership Engagement Surveys

Direct involvement of those potentially affected by any changes made to the compensation program improves internal acceptance of any recommendations that result.

We can survey your organization’s executives to obtain their perceptions of the current compensation and benefit programs. Executives will rate the importance of each element of the compensation program and their satisfaction with what the organization provides. They will also rate the competitiveness and effectiveness of the programs relative to peers. Individual responses will be held in strictest confidence by Integrated Healthcare Strategies and reported on a composite basis only.

In addition, we can conduct confidential interviews with a representative sample of executives. The interviews will help discover the best opportunities to strengthen the current compensation and benefit program and increase participants’ satisfaction with it, thereby helping you retain valued executives.

Regardless of your survey findings, because we are INTEGRATED our practices will work in unison to solve your most complex issues including labor relations, compensation and benefits, succession planning, physician relations, and even search to find the right candidates for your leadership positions.
